The Parade begins at 11 am and will feature many marching bands, officials, clubs and others taking part. Public officials will also participate along with many VIP’s. The Parade route is 0.9 miles, from Genesee Avenue to the Fairgrounds in the 6900 block of Linda Vista Road, between Ulric and Comstock Streets. The streets will be closed in that area, with plenty of street parking in the nearby vicinity.
Opening Ceremonies begin at the end of the Parade, approximately 12 noon. The winners of the Art & Essay competition receive recognition here. Their trophy is huge!
